[Building Sakai] How to open a page in a new window from a Sakai Simple page

Hello all,

The simple page created thru simple page tool,  is redirecting the page to 'this', hence the new page opens in the same iframe. When viewed thru firebug, it shows -

<a target="_blank" href="http://www.google.co.in/" 
onclick="portalClick(this);">http://www.google.co.in/</a>

How do we change the onclick function (embedded automatically when the page is created),  to open the page in a new window?
