[Building Sakai] By default how to submit assignments to Turnitin "No Paper Repository" instead of "Stranded Paper Repository"

Thanks to all for looking to my problem.

Adam I don't want any kind of up-gradation.

For creating new assignment on turnitin.com following lines of code are
using, so there should be some parameter that will be used for selecting
repository.
I want to know about that parameter, which is not mentioned in
documentation.
