As of 10 June 2011:

App Servers
4 X Dell PowerEdge R810 16-way with 2.26GHz Intel Xeon X7560 CPUs
128G RAM per server
9 VMs for OnCourse apps servers are each 4 CPU 64bit VMs with 12G of memory
35GB allocated for each app server

Hitachi VSP (Virtual Storage Platform) SAN

VMware vSphere 4 Enterprise plus - ESX 4.1
Raid 5 with 7+1 parity on the standard SAN drives.
