[Building Sakai] [Lessons] Editing pageTitle does not update menubar or title upon save

If you were at least on kernel 1.1.8 (which was released with 2.7.0) you'd
have

This should support tool title overrides via property. This is all that
Lessons should be using AFIAK. This was the only big change I can remember
relating to tool/page naming.
