[Building Sakai] please update your Lessons code

Thanks for in info, Chuck.

For all indies the version was bumped up so that preparations can start for
the next release versions. So you can't deploy over an old version of 2.9.x
or 2.9.0-beta/rc without clearing out the old indies or deploying to a
clean directory. Currently there's no easy way to undeploy but hopefully we
can get a sakai:undeploy goal working for a future release:
