[Building Sakai] please update your Lessons code

Lessons got a lot of testing for 2.9.0, some of it very near release. As a result, the version with 2.9.0 should be more solid than previous releases. I recommend upgrading to it.

I have tagged it sakai-lessonbuildertool-2.9.0-recommended. Note that this is not precisely the code that released with 2.9.0. There was one fairly serious problem that was still in progress during the release. So this has one additional blocker-level fix.

I have uploaded a new 2.8.x binary to https://sakai.rutgers.edu/stats/lb-281/.

Note that with the release of 2.9.0, the version was bumped from 1.4 to 1.4.1. So if you are upgrading from 1.4 (or an older version) you'll  need to clear out old binaries before deploying:

rm .../tomcat/shared/lib/sakai-lessonbuilder*
rm -rf .../tomcat/components/sakai-lessonbuildert*
rm -rf .../tomcat/webapps/sakai-lessonbuilder*
