[Building Sakai] 2.9.0 release start planned for tonight at 9PM EST / 2AM UCT

Hi all!

I plan to start the 2.9.0 release process in a couple of hours later
tonight. This process makes temporary updates to the poms in the 2.9.x
branches of every tool while releasing. So it would be advisable to *not*
run an svn update your 2.9.x branch during this time or it won't compile
correctly.

Generally this process takes around 3 hours and I've ran all releases in
the past from around 6PM-9PM Pacific so only Australia/Asia would likely be
impacted during "regular" work hours. Afterward everything will work as
expected. A few developers updated during this window last time and had
build problems, hence the heads-up! :)

The final release artifacts are planned to be bundled tomorrow afternoon
with an announcement to follow shortly after the process is completed.
