[Building Sakai] Assignment association with GB item after coping

Hi, Kelly:

I looked at the svn history of SAK-8277 and it seems like the later fixes
(r28474 and r29438) was removed due to this following commit:

I cannot recall any specific reason for this above svn change. But
every change (assignment only?) between r21188 and r30765 was removed.

I have cloned SAK-8277 as SAK-22860, and will re-apply the missing svn
checkins to the assignment trunk code. What version of assignment do you
use? You might want to apply local patches afterwards.
