[Building Sakai] Steve Githens' Etherpad Basic LTI integration

Is there an update on how this is going? I've just hacked up a Sakai 
tool to talk to an etherpad lite server but it makes a lot more sense as 
an LTI tool.

How are you doing it? Are you writing it in node?
