[Building Sakai] BBB1.0.7-b2 can't read recordings

Hi, Jesus.
I have tried this version and now the error is captured, but still the
recordings aren't loaded in the page.
Instead, the next message is shown: "noProxyFound:No proxy found for
host 'http://130.206.159.113/bigbluebutton/. Returning [FAILED] for the
getSiteRecordings."
However, if I enter anyone of the meetings, there are recordings inside
and they are working.
If you need any info to track this issue, I can provide it for you.
By the way, the spanish translation of the bbb-tool doesn't have
non-ASCII characters as unicode codes, so it's running bad in
ISO-8859-15 systems. We have replaced all the chars, I attach the
properties file. Or should I make a JIRA for this?
