[Building Sakai] Timezone support

Hi Mallika,

if you use Sakai's TimeService, dates are saved in GMT, but the way they 
are stored depends on database date types. For example, if is stored 
like a "timestamp" field, you will not have any problem. But if is 
stored like a "date" field, we realized that data is not stored in GMT 
if not in server timezone (at least it happens in our test server). So 
you need to check how is stored in database to calculate de timezone 
difference.
