[Building Sakai] no-reply hardcoded in some tools

Dear all,
I just noticed some tools like:

clog-0.9.3,
assignment   (https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/assignment/branches/sakai-2.8.0)
assignment2 (pulled from latest uct tag)
profile-2-1.4.6
announcements (https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/announcement/branches/sakai-2.8.0)



 have hardcoded 'no-reply' as 'from' mail address.  Is this deliberate
? We dont use 'no-reply'@our-org-domain, and we might have to change
this.
