[Building Sakai] JIRA seems to crash every time I add a ticket

The last two times, I tried to add a new bug, it seems as though I crashed JIRA when I pressed the "Create" button.

It happened a few hours ago and then I came back and JIRA was back up so I tried typing in my bug, and I pressed "Create" and poof JIRA is gone again.

I know I know - I should use JIRA to file a ticket on JIRA crashing.   But that would require time travel.
