[Building Sakai] OpenJDK Compatibility?

I've seen a few posts asking about OpenJDK vs Sun's JDK and while no one's reported any problems or concerns, no one has either reported they're running it in production. UM is also now considering this change -- we've run load tests and functional tests without any issue, but I'm still a bit nervous about being first :-)

Any comments or concerns would be appreciated. Our go-live date is in June.
