[Building Sakai] lesson builder issues in 1.4

I have gone through a test of all options in the UI that are likely to have been touched by popups. After backing out the new approach, things appear to be working. I consider LB to be operational again. I've just built a new 2.8.1 binary, and uploaded it to http://rci.rutgers.edu/~hedrick/lb/, for those who are interested in that. (You should take the most recent version number in that directory.)

I strongly suggest that anyone who installed LB 1.4 or 1.5 from 106416 (inclusive) to any revision before 107863 should update to either revision 107863 or the latest, as you prefer.

I apologize for the problems, and will make sure that I personally test any changes in the future.

In the meantime, I think for production deploys I'd use rev 107480, i.e. right before LSNBLDR-65 was checked in. There are a number of fixes since then, primarily to site copy, though LSNBLDR-66 is also useful. However the problems with LSNBLDR-65 are more serious than the fixes.
