[Building Sakai] Working webapp Entity Provider sample

For glossary. We are developing a plugin to ckeditor that enables linking selected words to glossary items in a course and then use custom tooltips for definitions. So we need access to glossary items via restful urls.

Out of interest, what additional Entity Broker support are you proposing to add? We're doing loads here at Oxford and wouldn't want to see a duplication of effort.
