I'm having no joy in getting any versions of sakai to accept IMS CC from http://openlearn.open.ac.uk/blocks/formats/download_unit.php?id=3936 (see SAK-18635)

Not 2.8 nor 2.9 nor (our) 2.6

It looks like 1.1 to me... here is the non-404 imsglobal XSD: http://www.imsglobal.org/xsd/imscp_v1p1.xsd
