[Building Sakai] Problem with download sakai code

Hi,
I am following this link(
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Development+Environment+Setup+Walkthrough).
Now I am trying to do eighth part(Use sub version to download the sakai
code). But I am not clear with those instruction.Please some one guide me.
