[Building Sakai] Calls for retrieving permissions on Sites with two words in the siteid don't work

Hi Jesus,

This is an issue/inconsistency with entity broker, and is reported here:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-18893

Essentially, the UI allows spaces, EB does not. However one would argue that site ids should not have spaces.
