[Building Sakai] sakai 2.8.1 - FCKEditor can't work with Vietnamese language

Hi Beth,
Thanks you very much. I had fixed it. The problem is in file
formattedtext_vi.properties that should contain html tag, but for some
reason the authors translate the tag name to vietnamese.
