[Building Sakai] tomcat startup hanging w/ sakai trunk

Yea, trunk on nightly hasn't been starting up anymore either.

I'm guessing it's related to the hibernate upgrade yesteday and some HQL in
msgcntr as that's when it seemed to stop working.
