[Building Sakai] tomcat startup hanging w/ sakai trunk

Tomcat 7.0.27
HSQLDB
All default values / vanilla

Ignore tomcat 5.5.33 in logs, lazy link under miss leading name of
old....We still dev local ctools for tomcat 5.5.  For sakai 2.9 dev I just
shuffle folders around to get /opt/tomcat to point to whatever flavor I
need.  In this case it's tomcat 7.
