[Building Sakai] Free fon't that's license compatible with Sakai and has good unicode coverage

SIL International has a bunch of fonts, most for different languages, but
there may be a suitable one [1]. They have their own license called the SIL
Open Font License [2] and it looks like it could be compatible.
