[Building Sakai] Dashboard trunk temporarily broken

The pom.xml in Dashboard trunk has been changed to adapt the current status
of purepoms/standard tool. The relevant jira is DASH-231. Jim's comment in
the ticket is "Needs to be included in 1.0.x and 1.0.2".

The current fix version listed 1.0.x, however it is not in the branch yet
and need to be merged into. I took "1.0.x" way from the Fix Versions.

However, there is no place to mark the merge request for branches. Could
someone with JIRA admin rights add that field?
