[Building Sakai] Production Settings for Running Sakai, etc...

I am moving into new territory and need to learn the ways of production of Sakai (groan).

Where do I find the best source of tuning Sakai for large-scale production on Oracle.  Example sakai.properties - how to set up clusters - how to set up search.  Is there a confluence page or place in msub??

I need to start getting a list of notes.   And yes I should have gone to the talk at the Sakai conference last week.
