[Building Sakai] Retiring the Agora project

Agree, confluence has a warning and note macro (depending on how obvious
you want to be) which will put the page on top of a yellow or red
background. This is generally what I've done for information that's
significantly out of date. (Put all of the text in this macro)

And dumping the trunk with a note sounds like a good idea too.
