[Building Sakai] Retiring the Agora project

IMO it is probably better to not delete the svn dir. Just tag it and
trash the trunk and replace it with a README or something.

You could also archive the confluence and jira (set them to all
readonly and stick an ugly warning on the confluence pages) but it's
probably OK to just kill them.
