[Building Sakai] Retiring the Agora project

Hi all,

I'd like to retire the Agora contrib project. If you know what Agora is and
have a problem with me deleting the SVN directory, Confluence space and
JIRA space, reply on list. Basically, Agora is based on old JMF tech and
you're far better off with bigbluebutton. Agora's still being visible gives
a false impression of vitality so I want rid.
