[Building Sakai] drop box & permissions helper

Ye olde: https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-1724 speaks of a permissions link in Drop Box.

We'd quite like to give site owners the ability to allow maintain role userseach to have a drop bix which I guess is easily achieved if there were a permissions link in drop box.

Is there an easy way to get such a link (a property?)
