[Building Sakai] Sakai Help Menu

Hi Everyone, 

 

Would like to check with you guys. 

 

We were trying to set up our Help Menu, however we got this problem. 

It is completely blank, and when we checked the folder sakai-help-tool it is
empty. 

 

How can we get the Help menu to work?  

 

Would appreciate  your help.
