[Building Sakai] RSF version, is it OK to use a snapshot?

Hi

I'm afraid I'm snowed under and can't commit to cutting a relase right
now. Matt if you send me your github details I can gladly add you to the
project to get a release out. It should be straightforward if you can
push artifacts to the Sakai repo.

As a suggestion since this is the only fix is to rather release 0.7.5.1
of SakaiRSF and SakaiRSFComponents (bound to the already released higher
level objects)
