[Building Sakai] errors - portfolio not retrieved in the sakai

Is that for Sakai OAE or CLE?  I don't see anything in that log that is meaningful to me, so I'm guessing maybe it's OAE?

I dont find any portfolios in my sakai after it has been moved from 1st server to the second one. I have attached the log files of the error which must need help from developers.
