[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9 skin issue

I doubt there is going to be much maintenance on that skin going forward.
 Last week, I merged the new portal and skin work that was done in trunk
into the 2.9.x branch.  Sakai 2.9.0 beta 07 will use the new skin.  My post

If you are in development, my recommendation would be to update your 2.9.x
source and begin using the new skin.
