[Building Sakai] kernel-deploy 2.9-SNAPSHOT can not be found

Hi Francisco,

You'll need to use the 2.9.x-all branch as the snapshots were removed from the repository. This should be resolved in time.
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-2.9.x-all/

You could probably just 'svn switch' if you don't want to check it out again.
