[Building Sakai] How to add a tool for admin only in mySites

Dear All,

            Can you please suggest me that how to add a tool for only admin
in MySites. I have seen that there was a tool "SiteEditor". It is visible to
admin users only. I have to add a tool like that. Thanks in advance.
