[Building Sakai] Site Info, More link fails to show updated description (2.7.1)

Just FYI, Gonzalo pointed out the related JIRA SAK-20480, which should fix the problem. The change is in 2.8.x and 2.7.x.

I've updated SAK-20275 to reflect this.
