[Building Sakai] BaseResourcePropertiesEdit and sakai-entity

Hi Kenwrick,

BaseResourcePropertiesEdit is in the kernel util package. Since 2.6 this has been bundled inside webapps and components, but was causing issues as it changes regularly, so the artifact is now in shared.
