[Building Sakai] Kernel

Hi All,

I would like to run kernel 1.2.6, the one that I checked out and have it
build and be the one that is used by Sakai. 

I have changed the version in master/pom.xml and I have also done a
build of master and sakai_src.

Do I need to do something with kernel-deploy folder?

I would appreciate any help.
