[Building Sakai] status of some papers are looking "in progress" even after retraction of exam [Semigo tool]

Dear All

We are using sakai 2.8.0 and oracle 9i database.

We have taken an MCQ type exam using Semigo tool, after one hour time we
retracted exam, now 5 papers are showing in progress and rest others are
submitted, how to submit manually these 5 students papers so that teacher
be able see their reports.
