[Building Sakai] Trouble Adding Sakai Tools in Sakai 2/3 Hybrid Mode

Hi,
     After a while I am able to see list of Sakai CLE tools in OAE ready 
to be added. However when I click save to add a Sakai CLE tool nothing 
really happens.
Any ideas what may be wrong or how can it be fixed? I have attached the 
screen shot of the page where I have a no responsive "Save" button.
