[Building Sakai] BBB + JIRA + GitHub

Hi All,

Does anybody know how I go about adding GitHub support to the BBB 
(https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/BBB) issues area? I want to 
maintain the source in GitHub's git repo and keep issue tracking on 
Sakai's JIRA. I'm still deciding about where to host the wiki pages.
