[Building Sakai] new R package "exams" may be of interest

Hi all,

I am not sure which mailing list is appropriate, so apologies if this
is too off topic.  (I picked 'dev' because this will likely need dev
work). 

I just noticed a new package in R that generates randomized exams.
Has some features to feed questions into Moodle and OLAT, probably
could be tweaked without too much difficulty to pair with Samigo.
