[Building Sakai] MD5s for CLE 2.9 Release & suggesting sakai.basiclti.admin be default

Clicking on the link in Firefox-Linux, it appears as a gzip file as 
well.  According to Live HTTP Headers, the Content Type is 
application/x-gzip, the Content-Encoding is gzip.
