[Building Sakai] FCKEditor: missing "Preview" and "Maximize the editor size" buttons

Our Sakai hosting vendor said that those two buttons got removed from
the code base in the Sakai Foundation repository. Also, when I look at
nightly2 (2.8.x), I don't see those buttons.
