[Building Sakai] personalize sakai pages

Good afternoon all

I want to personalize sakai pages. I read somewhere that I have to create
an appropriate HTML page and include it somewhere, I presume that there
will be some configuration modifications I guess.

I'll be pleased to get any of suggestions
