[Building Sakai] Site related Roles in Database

sakai_realm_rl_gr contains the mapping of a user to a role in a site.
The sakai_realm table links in the site, you match the site by
prepending "/site/" to the SITEID like this /site/SITE_ID.  Join these
tables using the realm_key. sakai_realm_role has the role names.
