[Building Sakai] Wierd error on course site - site unavailable

Hi,

We have a course that does not appear when lecturers or students login. If
one supplies the url of the site when an authorised lecturer/student is
logged in, and one supplies the url of the said course, it returns the
message that the site is unavailable. Luckily the admin can access the
course and can confirm that it is published and these members are
participants in that course.

What be the cause of this anomaly?
