[Building Sakai] problem with blackboard import

It looks like the intention of the profile deploy is to "automatically
deploy Common and TinyUrlService to Tomcat so Profile2 works in a small
cafe build"

I agree that common shouldn't be deployed by profile as part of a standard
build and should probably be protected by the -Pcafe  profile. Good
information.
