[Building Sakai] basic lti admin tool

Hi, John:

By default, those technical details of lti tool are specified when the
admin first introduced the tool into the system, in the BasicLTI Admin
tool. And later the normal instructors or other system users won't need to
override those settings.

Please take a look at the CONTENT_MODEL and TOOL_MODEL definitions inside
LTIService.java, which specify the input form for content object (the
instance of lti tool for a single site) and tool object (the lti tool
itself). You will see many fields are hidden in the former model.

Again, the content input fields are also dynamic and depend on the tool
definition. For Example, if the LTI tool is defined with "Allow frame
height to be change" checked, user will see the input field for Frame
Height when adding the LTI tool in Site Info tool.

Thanks,

- Zhen
