[Building Sakai] google sakai integration setup

Hi,
      Reading this document 
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib//rsmart/google-content/trunk/GoogleDocsIntegrationConfiguration.pdf 

makes me wonder if CLE domain has to be registered with google to make 
the integration work properly.  Looking for clarifications.
